Currently im looking at possibly upgrading my PSU to one that is 80+ certified and has a higher wattage, i do want to get a faster video card but im unsure of which one to get, and i was thinking of upgrading my primary storage drive to either 256gb SSD or higher.
mostly i use my computer to render video, do video editing and i like to play some games (skyrim, minecraft, and a lot of fps games
currently i can run skyrim on high setting easily (havent really experimented a lot thought yet) and i can play crysis 2 on max (without the high res pack and dx 11), with the upgrade i would like to improve my fps
the upgrade doesnt need to be major in my opinion, try to keep the total upgrade under 400, i do plan on building a new computer in january for the release of crysis 3 but i havent made solid plans on that yet.
i play games at 1080p resolution
thinking about it i am willing to hold off on the upgrade to save more money for my new years computer or maybe i could do a minimal upgrade like swapping the 5900 rpm drive with an ssd and then use the ssd in my new years computer
yes this does seem kinda like a mix of different thought but thats how my brain works, and cuz im pretty sure this will be asked: no, i do not plan on overclocking the system
thanks for any tips
