Hello,
I was looking and doing a custom loop with my gtx 980 ti FTW but looking on ek site it seems they don't make a full cover waterblock for the 980 ti FTW.
I saw online there is the copper shim method and therefore I can use the full over waterblock. Is there any other options?
Thanks
You can use a kraken g10 solution, but besides that I don't know of any other solutions. I have the same card and I looked into watercooling it a bit ago.
Curious. I looked the other day and the kraken G10 said it didn't fit the card? Can you show me your source?
The g10 is supposed to be universal in terms of that the mounting will attach to any modern gpu's four screw holes around the gpu core. I would actually like to see a source that says otherwise as the g10 is supposed to be universal.

Use an EK thermosphere it's a universal block but covers GPU only, you'll need to add heatsinks to the VRM and RAM and have decent airflow over it
PS other posters, since when is a G10 a custom loop part? :P
Why don't ya just wait and sell it sometime after polaris/pascal come out, or before if you're feeling brave.
I have had another idea, if I contacted EVGA do you think they would let me swap my ftw for a superclocked reference or the acx+ if I shipped my FTW back to them?
EVGA has some of the best customer service in the industry, but even so, that's a bit of a stretch... wouldn't hurt to try
Should really just sell it off before the new cards hit lol
Do it before the prices drop
