Hey guys, 

I am looking for a water cooling solution for my Intel Core i5 3570k which I am planning to over-clock to 4.5ghz.    

It should be able to fit in my Cooler Master Silencio 550 and I will be buying fans seperately.

I also plan to spend 50 euros or less on the unit. It should also be albe to ship to Ireland.

Can't get decent liquid cooling for that price. any units that cheap will perform worse then air coolers. I would buy a Xigmatek dark knight 2 hawk edition.

Youd be better off with a large air cooler in your scenario, as it will suit your price range much better, something like a Phantkes PH-TC14PE or a Noctua NH-D14 should be able to handle a 3570K at 4.5Ghz

Lets be honest, a dirt cheap Hyper 212 EVO can get a 3570k to 4.5ghz, he doesn't need anything more expensive than that.
