Water cooling VRM and/or South Bridge

I plan to be liquid cooling my current system in the future and was wondering if it is really worth liquid cooling the VRM and/or the South Bridge. I do overclock, my CPU is overclocked to 4.2 Ghz at the moment but i would like to try to get more if i can.  I know that actively cooling the VRM can help with overclocking but i'm wondering if its really worth it.

Here is my current system config that:

MoBo:  Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150

CPU:  i7-4770k

RAM:  32GB 1600 Mhz

GPU:  Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB DirectCU II

Current CPU Cooler:  Noctua NH-D14

PowerSupply:  Corsair 850W

Thanks.
