Water cooling help needed

So the holidays are coming up, so i'll have an extra bit of cash to spend (around 400-500$)...So i figured why not watercool, if it is possible, I'd like to get a CPU (Intel) only custom loop for around the 400-500$ mark....... I have some stuff picked out, I just need some feed back on if it is the best I can get for the price...

Well, that will certainly work, but you haven't included any fans, nor have given specifics. Intel CPU... Okay, well, will you be overclocking much, do you plan to add your GPU to the loop, can you fit a thicker radiator, what kind of coolant are you using (assuming DI because of the kill coil), etc.

Massive overkill on the pump, by the way.

I have the fans already, It's an LGA 1155 socket, i'm at 4.2GHz now plan to go to 4.5GHz, I plan to add my GPU once I upgrade my GPU, i'm going to measure all of my area tomorrow to see about the rad, and I just plan on using Distilled water.

here are the dimensions, 15 inches from the PSU to the front of case, 4 inches from the bottom of the case to the bottom of the HDD bays, I can get an adapter to put my HDD in the 5.25" bays, and remove the HDD bays and have about 8.5 inches there, and I have 4 open 5.25"bays right now.
