Hey guys I have a Corsair H90 140mm sealed liquid cooler in my Fractal Design R4, i have two 140mm Silent R2 fans as intake in the front, 2 more 140mm Silent R2's venting air out the top and finally a 140mm Noctual NF-A14 PWM fan acting as an intake in the rear. Is this the best setup i can get out of my components?

If so then yeah will be about as good as you're going to get it. Swapping your h90 fan from intake to exhaust wont make a great deal of difference as you have really good air flow in there.
