Is it possible that watchdogs multiplayer will work cross-platform with a Playstation, possibly through steam? Is this something that has worked in past games?
I suppose there's nothing saying it won't happen, but as far as I'm aware there aren't any games that have done it in the past.
I wouldn't bet on it. If it's a feature they could/would do, they probably would have made a big deal announcing it already.
I think there was one game that provided a multiplayer experience between XBOX and PC. I heard it wasn't implemented very well. I don't remember the name of it. It's not likely that we will see cross platform games, because it provides a less unified experience. Certain platforms would have certain advantages over others, or superior platforms might be held-back in some way. The game would definitely lose appeal
