Hello Everyone!
Does anyone have experience with the WASD Code 87 and/or Max Keyboards Blackbird? This will be my first mechanical keyboard, so I'm not exactly sure which to go with. I've done quite a bit of homework, like getting a cherry key switch sampler (I like the browns). but I'm kinda stuck between these two keyboards. This is a quite a lot of money for me, so I don't want to make a bad decision based on current ignorance.
I like that the Blackbird is black with blue LEDs to match my hardware them. I have a black Corsair obsidian case with blue lighting. I also like that the blackbird has USB ports.
I'm not super savvy when I comes to keyboards and what to look for, so I'm reaching out to you guys for advice. It seems to me that the Blackbird has everything that the Code 87 has going for it, plus some extra functionality. Why would I want the Code 87 over the Blackbird? Try to convince me that the Code 87 is better, and if I'm still leaning towards the Blackbird, I'll feel better about the decision :)
