Warranty info on parts

I was just wondering what it means by

  • Limited Warranty period (parts): 3 years
  • Limited Warranty period (labor): 3 years

and what it means by parts and labor and if the warranty thing extends to people you sell the parts to.

it means that the parts and the repair will be covered for 3 years with out you paying and i am not sure if the warranty not voided if you sell it to someone
