[warning/solved] Latest update to FreeNAS-9.10-STABLE kills the VirtualBox Jail

Hello!

I updated my FreeNAS yesterday and since than the VirtualBox Jail is not working anymore.
The jail itself is starting, also the web interface for phpVirtualBox is loading but I can not start any virtual machines.
Neither old ones nore existing ones. I even went so far to purge the jail, the template and load everything new and still when ever I want to start a virtual machine I get

The virtual machine 'test' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1

And the machine wont start. Does any of you know why that happens, as googling the error brings up nothing recent.. stuff from 2014 and 2015 and nothing related to FreeNAS.

Maye my FreeNAS savior @wendell has any clue what could fix it?

gotta roll back for now, its an ABI problem and a lack of maintainer on that container.
