Ok my specs are below. I want to upgrade but the only thing i can find thats better is the gtx 970 and i dont want to shell out $350 for a gpu. So what are some other suggestions? I also hate amd cards.

I don't think you'll find a worthy upgrade from the 680 for less than 350.
Well there are better cards that are cheaper than the 970 and better than a 680 but they are all AMD and I'm assuming that you won't use those because of your probably irrational hatred so you're not gonna get anything. Unless you wanna buy used.
Its not that I am irrational its that I don't like the cards due to problems I had with them in the past. Also now that mantle is dead the performance boost you would have gotten is gone. Now I'm not saying that I wouldint go amd I just said I hate amd. I might be willing to go amd but I would need some convincing.
Also I have no problem with used. That's how I got my 680 in the first place. Snagged it off CL for $100
Wait for 300 series to come out, get a 970 or a 980 during the resulting price drop?
Craigslist may be your friend. I've bought quite a bit of computer components through it, many will even benchmark the card if you ask them to show you if it actually works.
