Grr I want a ROM with Everything :P No not really but maybe a few with good array of options and compilations. So that I can narrow them down faster.Too many videos without enough info and too many forums with a lot of back and forth. Anyone have some exemplary sources? Think I'll try Pac-Man or RootBox first...

Maybe I should start with the basics / bare bones to see what I like the most first. I just know the previously mentioned + Xylon, ReVolt etc more the longer I look combined the others I just can't find much to compare one to the next :(
Are there any features that you know you that you want?
It's more of wanting to taste the different flavors and see what's out there I guess. I've mainly used S3 stock. I have tried different launchers and roms in the past but I always get overwhelmed or annoyed and go back. I also have a horrible memory that doesn't help0 so I have to re-read over everything like CWM, TWRP etc and figure out what I actually need. I want features like power or volume button shutter control. Decent battery life. A lot of things I think will be more so app based though like EQ, camera addons. My phone just feels slow anymore and I want to just try a whole new ordeal. Too poor to buy a new phone at the time though. I can't stand clicking message > name > Text input field and waiting so long for the keyboard to actually appear :( Watching reviews so many features seemed nice yet at the same time they were brushed over to where they left little to recall upon :(. I like all the options for cust. colors, sizes but they aren't quiet needed. I'd prefer something mildly slim and sleek yet appealing not to vibrant or bland. Xylon looked nice from what I saw. I prefer my G3 UI over the N7's but then again maybe it's just due to using it more... and here I come back to looks. Perhaps a good link for themes / launchers?

If you just want a pretty much stock android Cyanogenmod or AOKP are really close.

Just a few notes from the time I've had with it so far.
Halo, active display not needed
Like:
Gesture anywhere
multi unlock icon shortcuts
Change font battery icon etc+
Separate notification background
I'm on Cyanogenmod now and to note some things:
Complete action using (was better on pacman)
Camera widget to the right of unlock screen & audio controls on lock screen = awesome
I also enjoy the spellcheck that comes with they Keyboard on CM
I want to try out Carbon and ReVolt now though so many choices...
Just realized carbon has the compiled apk for xbmc I use on my tablet already with it :D
