Want to build a $700-$800 gaming rig(noob)

I'm new to the pc building scene and want to build a $700-800 gaming rig which could last me at least an year before i have to upgrade again and  could get me 60 fps on max settings on these triple A titles these days.  I also dont have a monitor and would appreciate it if anyone could recommend a budget monitor too thanks(which is also covered in the $800 budget)

close enough, also get a interface that could be hooked up to a tv, cheaper and easy convinience.

i went a littlebit over budget because of the monitor. This setup should be very capable of playing most games at high. i did not decide to put in a aftermarket cpu cooler for now, because that would get away above budget. and you can allways buy one later on, togheter with a SSD for example. then you have somethingto upgrade later on. its an indication what you could  build for 800-900 bucks.
