Ive been looking into getting a VPN, ive read the articles on torrent freak,lifehacker and other sites for the best VPN. So far its all comes down to a VPN that doesnt log information on you but my question to you is what is a good VPN to use? I have been looking at Private internet access,privatetunnel,Astrill, and some of the ones noted in the torrent freak article. Ive also been waiting for an episode where Logan talks about certain VPN but i thought i would ask the community.

What makes Privitize free compared to the sites i mentioned above
Who would use "Privitize" Vpn. Just google it and you get tons of info about it being unsafe, And basically being Malware.
If you want a Completely free Vpn with not limits what so ever, Then use The following.

Their are other decent ones, But im not gonna mention them because they aren't free. They are paid ones that offer very limited free versions, Limited bandwidth. And daily, or monthly usage limits.

Their "Lite" version is unlimited. But only offers One free server. So you may see reduced speeds at times( Haven't used it since last year sometime so i'm not sure how good it is anymore)
I currently use HotspotShield. And Ocassionally Tor browser bundle if i plan on just visiting one website or uploading something. Downloading on Tor is pointless though cuz its too slow. And i've noticed trouble uploading on some VPN's.
And if i remember correctly "PrivateTunnel" Has a 300mb daily usage limit.

Yeah, i read about Privitiz earlier yesturday. Very unsafe as you mentioned. Thanks for mentioning the ones you listed. Seems like if i want free there will be ads which is alright. I guess i would go with a VPN that is subscription based which are not that bad price wize. Have, you heard any good reviews on Private internet access or Astrill? On both their sites they mention that they dont keep logs of your activity.
I use Hide My Ass. I love, but they do log you're stuff. If you don't get cought they wont get on to you. I get great download and upload speeds. Like 80 dollars for a year. I would not go with the free stuff. They are slow and boggy.
I have been using ipredator and have found it very very good , Great response times via mail , they are a swedish comapany as well read there legal terms about giving out data in sweden ! . There is NO throttling issues even if connected 24/7 & 1 more thing a 3 day free trial to help you get any bugs out of the setting up. £15 for 3 months they have 3 or 4 different types of paying.
I agree, ipredator is great. They offer nearly instant response via email or irc. They don't limit the speed. Im located in the US and get 7MB/s max and when connected to the VPN I get up to the same speed, because they permit you to use as many connection as possible through bitorrent. It is about $20.00 for 3 months. They are owned by the same organization that is runs TPB, and various other free internet sites (Pastebay, Bayimg, etc).

I would still suggest IPredator, as they offer a 3 day free trial. I do not suggest BTGuard, as they throttle the crap out of their connections. I only get a max of 500KB/s when connected to their Canadian servers compared to 7MB/s connected to Sweden. They also charge $10.00 per month as to the 20 you would pay for 3 with ipredator.
I've use Private internet access and I have nothing bad to say about it. The year subscription makes it one of the cheapest VPN's out there as well, they even give you the option to pay with bitcoin.
(Through PIA's VPN) The ping is high but that's expected since I live in Alberta ^^;
