Well i am looking to get around Shaw's 50Mbps throttling with a vpn (just for downloads) any ideas?
Private Internet Access seems to be the go-to VPN at the moment. I have been looking at it for months, but with Canada breaking down on downloaders, i just signed up. Waiting for my Paypal to go through.
Check out their website, it seems like a great service, and many Tek Syndicate users have been seeing a crazy speed boost(sometimes sacrificing their Ping speeds).
