A lot of these quick speed test sites can get results that are just wrong over a VPN. Do some practical and depandable test like downloading a large file over FTP or something like that.
Yea. My speed seems to be increased only a slight amount. On steam I believe I have acquired +.5 mbps, if that. Oh well, it made me happy to see such a large increase, even if it may be false.
