I'm just wondering if i can setup a VPN for just one PC my network simply because NSA :) and none of my family give a two shit flying fuck about the nsa but I'm ranoid and anyways getting off topic.
Any help would be appreciated.

To setup most VPNs just run the exe file in windows.
It is also possible to setup your VPN in some routers so your entire family can use it without even knowing.

Yeah, you just run their VPN program and then all internet traffic on that device will go through the VPN. It will only do the whole network if you set it up on your router.
