(Apologies if this isn't the right place to write)
I stumbled across your YouTube channel about 2 weeks ago accidentally and have been hooked on it since. As a matter of fact of I started watching from 001.
I'm in Australia and travelling to the US in 6 weeks. I've been inspired by you to build a decent pc but, a big but, will the voltage be in issue for me since I'm looking to bring back the beast and run 220-240 through its veins?
It should be fine, pretty much all power supplies will work with voltages from 110 - 240v. Just double check that it says it will go to 230 or 240v and 50hz on the box.
and if you cant find one just buy the whole pc in us and then buy the psu in your own country with the right voltages but i would first try the solution of dexter
I've never seen a psu that wasn't 110-240v. Just don't cheap out on the psu and check the box and you should be fine. A good one will last a long time and be useful in rigs to come. Probably should of posted this in the build a pc section.
