VMware Workstation 12 pro on w10

Hey all, just installed workstation 12 pro on my new ryzen build. Im using windows10 pro as my host and im having some pauses on my 3 w7 guest and ubuntu vms. They are not slow but its like a momentary hang on the guest. Im thinking that it may be vmware since i replecated these guest using hyper v and i havent had these hangs. I dont remeber having these issues on w10 with my intel build. Does anyone else with ryzen using workstation having any of these similair issues?

I am also seeing same problem. But for me in all vm solution (vmware workstation, virtualbox, hyper v), all types of guest os (windows, linux) runs very slow. When I checked task manager I found a very strange behavior. For example, i start only a single win server 2016 vm from vmware workstation. In host os (windows 10), if i open task manager and go to disk activity the fun begins. When In disk activity under the performance tab I select the drive where the vm files are stored I see a very strange thing. The disk is active always 100 percent, but read or write speed is very low. When read or write is low, the disk activity should be also low. But it is always 80 percent or more. And that's why I see very slow performance for my vms running under windows 10 in a ryzen system.

Can you please also check your disk activity in the host machine when running a vm from vmware workstation.

Last couple of days I am trying to find something about it in the internet like crazy. But still no luck how to solve this issue.
