I have a great logo that one of graphic designer friends made, i just wanna know if I should do anything different to the design. also I want to know if the Vmoda m100s are worth it because $320 is a bit much. Feel free to fix it up!

1) Design looks nice.
2) The sound quality of M100's aren't worth $320. They do look nice, but you can good sound for less. Heck, right now you could get a pair of DT990 Pros and a decent starter amp for easily less than $300. Or DT770 Pros and an amp if that's your cup of tea. Or no amp. Or whatever.
I own the m100s and I can honestly say its not worth the $300 unless you're in it for the looks and versatility. You can get better quality headphones for less.
If you can give up the ability to fold up, you can get a pair of the vModa lp series headphones for around half that price.
