ok so as title. im pretty much noob to this just only now a few days ago to pass my second gpu to a windows vm. with somewhat of an success as im about to explain.
soo. when running gta 5 gpu is only utilizing only about 30-40% of my gpu and im getting 30- at MAX 40 fps. and ive turned graphics all the way down to normal which is lowest. what can i do?

EDIT: i should add that under wine/proton gta5 works flawlessly and much better performance xD but i need the vm because gta5 mods which doesnt work at all under wine. something todo with shared resources or something.
