Guys I'm back... So like the title says I downloaded some media file (rar file) the size is 363 mb... I extracted it and inside is 3 files. just videos. Total size is 164 mb... Whats wrong with this? It's less than half the size of the rar file?

This is actually normal, The person who compressed them didn't do so good at that.
Same thing happened to me, when I zip crap up, sometimes the result is higher.
Nothing to worry about.
