Have you checked in an OS if it is already enabled?
If it is not, then try updating to the latest BIOS, and checking again. It could be called VT-x, or anything virtual/virtualization in the name.
There is a chance your bios has hidden settings that you can reveal by being on a certain page(normally the home BIOS page) and pressing ctrl+f1, alt+f1, or shift+f1. A page might show up called advanced or something similar.
It’s likely to be under CPU configuration, might be called VT-x or VT-d as well.
