So, i was just watching a YouTube video and the comment-box was disabled. Hmm, feels bad man.
But… What if you could make a Chrome, Firefox & Safari browser extension that detects if likes or the comment-box is disabled. When that is detected it adds a “fake” comment-box which everyone that has the extension can use.
Any opinions on this? I’ve never written an extension for a browser so it would be fun to try!
Interesting theory, but I doubt it would get much adoption. Most people don’t disable comments.
There’s already an extension to replace the comment section with posts from reddit which would do essentially the same thing. I can’t remember what it’s called.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Also many people wouldn’t care. But this is also for likes and can be implemented for more platforms than just YouTube
Hmm, but does that Link the posts with the specific video? And does it let you post like and so on?
As far as I know, I’ve never used it I just heard of it
