It's the "install AOL free trial" icon on the desktop that gave me a WTF moment. :o lol

Yeah it was some of the preinstalled bloatware done by HP,also for some more WTF,this system is running vista,and my mom does not want to upgrade to 7.

Same, for anyone with Vista. "Oh Vista? Can't get that anymore unless you want to pay XXX dollars. Maybe Windows 7 instead?" Never heard a complaint afterwards.
