we currently have a virgin mobile to go 3g usb device, we purchased a plan and cannot connect, could this be the device has fried or are they trying to get us to buy a new 4g device (we can no longer buy the unlimited plan we used to get. If we need a new device what do you suggest that is cheap and fast.
Did you check virgin mobile coverage was avaliable in your area? or is this a problem that has recently started?
Was it a contract (aka 12 months with monthlty payments) or was it a one off purchase which you have to top up every month?
If the contract has ended, they have likely terminated the device and thus it will no longer connect. If it is a top up scheme and you haven't paid for this month then the same ourcome will have likely occured.
If everything in the payment department is fine. Call tech support as they should be able to send you a replacement.
