Video Capture Cards?

I'm looking to finish my new PC build with a couple capture cards.

I need a USB composet/svideo for SNES/PS2.

I also am interested in HDMI capture card and hdmi splitters for PS4 capture

Suggestions would be appreciated.

I've gotten that first one before. DO NOT BUY IT! Trust me, it'll be worth it if you pay an extra $20.
