VERY SMALL ITX Case

Is there an itx case that I could fit a full GPU in and have it fit in a backpack

hadron?

Could that really fit in a backpack?

Possibly this one?

Depends on the backpack and GPU. May be a tight fit. What are the dimensions of your GPU?

hmm. guess not. you're gona need something like the steam machine, where you can install your graphics card  along the  the same side as the motherboard so it's more flat. all you need is a PCI express riser you might be able to diy something into  one of those flatter HTPC itc cases.

it only has a 90 watt psu so I wouldnt be able to run pretty much anything in there

Silverstone sg05.

Pros: Awesome minimalist look, Well constructed.

Cons: SFX form PSU (but you can get a 450 watt psu in that size...)

since its in a back pack I figured the psu would be external

maybe a Coolermaster Elite 130 or Haf 915F

The Silverstone SG-09 (mATX, still tiny as hell) has  an accessory you can get that is a travel bag (for the entire Sugo line, but most bang for your buck in case is probably the mATX sugo, like come on, it's mATX and it's smaller than 80% of mITX cases). if the SG-09 is too big for you, look at others in the Sugo line, Silverstone has done some voodoo with some of these cases for space management to do some surreal things.
