The only caveats are that you’d have a generation-old CPU paired with suboptimal storage density, given that Optane with more than three times the capacity (960 GB) occupying less than half the physical space of this AIC is available for less than $400 now ($350 on some occasions). 
For building a well-performing system on a budget though, it’s not a bad deal. 
12th gen is a little old at this point, but I’d happily trade my 11600K in for a 12900K if I had the money. The AIC is a great bonus, especially when it’s Optane.
