Vengence K70 keys - soap proof?

Hi,

I bought a Cosair K70 black edition keyboard few months back. I really like it and am going to do my best to keep it in good condition etc. The metal build should help keep it together but not keep it clean.

The keys themselves are quite dirty which not only looks ugly but gets uncomfortable if they get sticky.

Does anyone know if they are dishwasher proof or whether putting them in a bowl of warm soapy water would damage them?

Yes. They are double shot, meaning that the letting is not printed. I've used 100% isopropyl alcohol on them with no ill effects.

You could always use a micro fiber cloth and some isopropyl alcohol as Crazy Nabeshin said. Or baby wipes, which might seem a bit weird. I use the K95 and occasionally clean my keys down with baby wipes and then dry them off with a micro fiber cloth.
