Yes running at that temp is fine, however, the performance of the HBM degrades a lot at that temperature.
Whats worst about this is that retarded fan control and only option is to just let it be what it is
Necroing thread quick. Figured out my issue. The bloody CPU radiator kept putting out a lot more heat than the GPU could keep up with. Runs cooler now that CPU has a big brick heatsink from Noctua.
