handling basic inputs and outputs like any other microcontroller.
Retard my ass (please excuse my French :)):

Btw, a micro controller has the potential to proccess a kernel such as Linux, so why not? As you said:
"Why don't you go learn what you are talking about before you make yourself sound like a idiot."
who is TellTale do they make good games? For mac or Linux? how is their refund policy?

Lol.
I'd just like to say I'm sorry for hijacking this thread.
They mostly make (point'n'click-)adventure games, like Sam & Max, Puzzle Agent, CSI, Tales of Monkey Island and many others.
Their recent games include The Wolf Among Us, Tales of the Borderlands, Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead (so....mostly "we take an existing franchise and make an interactive movie that all have a cel-shading look" stuff).
Hmm lets see a company thats made games, brought about the DD revolution, and has helped revive pc gaming AND is trying to free of from the tyranny of microsoft vs a company that makes interactive books. Yeah tough call guys, not.
...... +1
So, I was going to skip this thread but I got bored and read it. Now you make some wild claims here. You claim (to paraphrase)"all pre-builts and laptops come installed with Windows." That is inheritanly false. Ever heard of System76? They make Laptops and Desktops and Servers that the primary OS is Ubuntu. They are solid machines. Also, what is it with people and slinging around insults like "Downs syndrome and Autistic"? I am insulted since I am autistic and I have been my whole life. I have had to work very hard to fit in to society and read social cues and facial expressions so i do not step on social graces. If you are so insensitive towards people who are different from you and process information differently from you, perhaps you should take some sensitivity classes and stay off the web and out of social situations until you learn to act like an Adult. You stated (and i paraphrase) "Not to insult you, but you sound like you have Downs." That IS an insult! You can not preface an insult with " not to insult you but.." That does NOT remove the insult.
I have spent years building my IT skills and was the only one in my highschool to switch to Linux back when it was Red Hat 6 and the only way to install it was to use 6+ CDs and read a book bigger and thicker than a NYC phonebook. i joined the Army and worked on Solaris and other *nix operating systems. I left the service and went to college and attained certifications and degrees in the field. I still have a lot to learn and never will stop learning but that in NO WAY means I or anyone else with a different method of processing information is retarded. Many brilliant people in history would have been labeled as Autistic.
I know how you feel. I'm visually impaired and people act as if I'm retarded because of it. I'm not. I just have a good sense of humor. I hope you weren't offended
Not to you but to achilles with the whole Downs crap. I am sick and tired of hearing people compared to Downs or other disabilities like we are some kind of heavenly malformed rejects.
TellTale is good at what they do, tell gritty stories using their slick click-adventure engine. That is all. The games do not have much replay value and are linear. They are fun and create conversations... but Valve is one of the main reasons that we game on PC.
Is that even a comparison to think of? How do you even compare them and whats the point of comparing them to each other?
Exactly. It's more of a "Why not both?" question.
Valve simple. Break both down to the core as what they are and that are developers then Valve still has better talent than Telltale. The Telltale engine is sluggish compared to Valves Source engine. Telltale does have better writers. The stories are better but then again that's a big part where Telltale relies on being an adventure developer but that is about the only plus Telltale has over Valve.
But really it's comparing vegetables with balls.
Valve VS Telltale - FIGHT.
VALVE WINS!
Anyways, Valve win in my honest opinion. Yes, they have been spending a lot of time on their SteamOS and doesn't seem to be going anywhere yet. However a lot of great projects didn't become a 100% success story overnight, in a year, a few years, etc. Valve has made some outstanding games many which I have played, Comparing Valve and Telltale is really like comparing Google and Comcast. Well sorta, Google being a giant tech company whereas Comcast just does cable and internet. Don't get me wrong loved the Wolf Among Us, but the rest are kinda boring.
And that's my opinion ;)
But Half Life 2! D:
Know how you feel, it's hard for me to get along with other people as well. It's rather annoying, but from what I read you have a lot of accomplishments to be proud of!
BTW, love your avatar XD
