Value for money Monitors

I'm looking for a monitor which is around the 150-250 dollar margin which is at least 22", I'm not looking for anything great but a semi-decent monitor that does a job well. Can anyone give me some suggestions for some decent monitors for small costs?

Its AVMA, which is above TN and a bit below IPS, although these monitors have more Static Contrast the al lot of the Cheaper IPS panels which only have 1000:1

Its also good for gaming because it has a 4ms GTG response time, id know im using the 27" version.

How is the glare on that monitor as my room is a fairly lit and has natural light shining through, so glare could be quite an issue?
