Can confirm 3M double sided tape has held my Go-Pros attached to my motorcycle/helmet up to/beyond 240km/h, over several years exposed to the elements. I’m not sure what specific spec go-pro supply on their mounts, but it’s definitely 3m branded.
If it can do that i’d suggest its plenty for PC building use
