ux32vd question, battery life, swapping

Have a couple questions about the ux32vd ultrabook, if anyone happens to know this info.

1) Are there any larger capacity batteries that can be swapped out?

2) What sort of impact on the battery life does an SSD have, if any?

3) I saw on a forum that someone re-soldered a memory replacement for the onboard memory, with the removable memory it brought it up to 16gb of memory, has anyone here tried or have any details on that?

Thanks for any sort of information people can share.

1. There isn't any official offer to replace such a battery for an Asus ultrabooks...

2. In the terms of the usage of the hard drive and the impact of the battery, a SSD can make a difference just a bit, maybe 15-20 minutes more of battery juice, but also the speed of an SSD is incomparable to a HDD.

3. Why should u risk for such a thing, when u can have a 10GB of RAM (2gigs onboard + 8gigs of SODIMM), isn't that quite enough for gaming or developing..

I hope i helped u with this.
