Hey guys! So I just go my UtechSmart Venus Mouse in the mail today. I took it inside, unboxed it, plugged the mouse in, downloaded the proper software and was ready to go. However, whenever I go to save any changes made to the keys or even the lighting, I get this message. "Failed to set data for 'Profile1.pfd'". Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks for your time!
might just have to exchange it or something, or reinstall the software
I reinstalled the software several times, but no such luck. I have also sent utechsmart and email regarding my problem, but have yet to hear back from them. If they cant help, then I guess I will have to send it back
