I have an old AV receiver (Rotel RSP-1069) that has a console port for configuration via PC. The port is RJ45. Is there a single cable I can buy to plug it directly in with USB? Would one of these work?

I recently got a cisco one as well, and it has worked on all of the different (brands) of 2nd hand switches that I am testing.
That reminds me though, I need to see if it will work on my APC XS900.
