USB Sound Card (~$40)

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a USB Sound Card at or under $40.

 

I've looked into the Creative Go! Pro, and the Sennheiser Siberia, but I'm wondering if there is anything better for that price tag. I like the Creative's Silencer, but I doubt it would work with my USB microphone.

I cannot go any higher than $40. Any suggestions around that range?

Also, what is your point? If the general public calls it a USB Sound Card, I'm going to call it a USB Sound Card so that majority of people know what I'm talking about. Just like people call a quarter inch cable a guitar cord. Obviously its not just a guitar cord, but there is no reason for me to point it out...

I call it a DAC, but I agree though on saving longer for fiio E7.
