I bought some time ago c to dp and c to hdmi and because i’m stupid and haven’t tried it at first, now I’m discovering that it’s not working and I’m wondering if it’s issue on my hardware or on converters themselves.
I own other chubs which have hdmi and they work on my hardware. However I can’t make this one work on either linux 6.9.7, win11(thunderbolt 3), android 14(usb c 2.0) or android 12(usb c 3.1). It doesn’t detect it at all. Not sure if with these I have to enable something in bios or not because there isn’t any description on sellers site. There are more comments which say it doesn’t work but some say it does so bots?
Do i need some special c cable, because this one i tried it with can transfer data.
