USB and PS2 stopped working

Here is what happened, I wanted to update my graphics driver from 14.4 to the 14.6 beta. I uninstall the old driver, reboot, and then the usb ports weren't working. I plug in a PS2 keyboard and nothing. I go into the UEFI and everything works fine. I boot into safe mode with networking and the usb keyboard (not the mouse though) is working so I attempt to install the new drivers, hoping that would fix it. It got part of the way through installing and then gave me an error (failed to load detection device or something). I restart and go into normal mode. Still doesn't work. I reboot into safe mode again and not even the keyboard is working this time.

So now I am stuck with no way to input to my pc. I don't have a W7 CD (I installed via usb) and I really don't want to reinstall everything as I was just settling in from a fresh install. The only option that I can see is to repeatedly try booting into safe mode, hoping that the usb or ps2 will start working again and then install usb drivers from there.

Is there a way to boot into a live CD and install usb drivers manually into Windows?

I can't even do that since the usb and ps2 aren't working in safe mode right now. Did you not read the post?

Got it to work by restarting until the PS2 worked, then reinstalled the usb drivers in safe mode, restarted into normal mode, had to redownload my mouse drivers and then finally everything worked.
