USB 3.2 ports not switching on port selection

I have the 5 gigabit version of the Dual Monitor Level1Tech KVM. It seems to no longer switch USB inputs on pressing the physical Select button. I have Follow Port Selection On, but my USB 3.2 ports will only switch when I manually plug a keyboard into the HID port and enter the hotkey command to Force USB to follow to the current port. Anyone else have this issue? Any debugging tips for why this might be happening?

Unplug the kvm for a minute then plug back in.

When changing usb3 follow the beeps are different i f youre turning on or off
