Urgent - UK budget build, Final checklist

Very grateful for Berzerker's recommendations, and now I'm getting in the spirit of prepping for a full build (skeleton to be upgraded) I have motherboard questions.

Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 seems to offer no USB header, where the NZXT box does?

So MSI 970A-G43? Or ASRock 970 PRO3? Does eSATA matter enough to go ASRock 970 EXTREME4?

I am on a tight budget here, and won't be gaming till later on, so every penny has to be clearly justified....
