So to get straigt to the point im looking at which is best for:

- Overclocking

- General durability and quality

- features (usb3, esata etc.)

- Speed (if there is a difference)

They are both the same price! :)

AsRock, Loads more stuff with it and the whole setup seems more orientated towards overclocking (bios setup etc), slightly lower RAM speed support but overall it seems a better option for OCing.
