Is 16.04 in general not recommended for use on G4’s? I’m trying to get my ibook to run it and it just freezes. Its why I prefer runit. I want to get Void Power Alpha running on a machine and I want to compare a PPC build package to a intel-built-for-ppc built package and see if there are performance differences, or at least what the main problems with both are and make a thread.
The newest I’ve been able to get running properly is 14.04 or Debian jessie.
