UPS tracking from S. Korea weirdness

Edit: I ask this because of the clearing agency review below mainly, as I hear these usually take several days.

Hey all,

So I ordered an AMH A409u on Ebay on the 20th, and the official tracking was made on the 21st.

I just want to share the way some tracking looks, as it is very strange.

10/22/2015 9:02 A.M. The package is awaiting clearing agency review. / The package is at the clearing agency awaiting final release.

Incheon, Korea, Republic of 10/23/2015 12:35 A.M. Departure Scan

10/22/2015 6:09 P.M. Export Scan
10/22/2015 6:05 P.M. Origin Scan
Busan, Korea, Republic of 10/22/2015 11:49 A.M. Pickup Scan
Korea, Republic of 10/21/2015 1:57 A.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

So it says up on the 22nd that it was awaiting clearing agency review, yet that update was above the Depature scan on the 23rd, a day later supposedly in S. Korea.

I assume this is just some really poor tracking from UPS, but was just curious if anyone else has seen stuff like this.

I've been checking the tracking all morning, and the departure scan on the 23rd and the clearing agency review all popped up at the same time.

Just a guess, but it sounds like it was handled by a different courier from the warehouse to Busan.

Makes sense, the other confusing bit was the 2 departure scans from Incheon.

Maybe one was departure from the factory, and the other departure from the sorting office.
