Upgrading PC/Suggestions for Parts

I want to get some a new Motherboard and CPU, and want to keep the stuff from my previous PC.

Taking in suggestions but I kind of want to keep the colour scheme of black and blue or just black if possible.

Here are parts that I want to keep, if needed i will change the ram, my budget for the Mobo and CPU are 300 MAX.

Get fx-6300 and overclock it a bit. As for mobo, get something u can afford
