Hey, i’m using amdgpu on a rx 580, already updated the whole system but i couldn’t find a way to upgrade openGL to 3.3+, the reason i’m trying to upgrade it is just for games, also i’ve been getting a strange fps drop specifically on civ 6, so maybe the upgrade can fix this.
Here’s the glxinfo output: OpenGL version string: 3.0 Mesa 17.3.6
Not really a solution, but if i’m not mistaken, fedora 28 is about ready to drop any day now which may actually include an OpenGL upgrade for you…
As far as I’m aware it should already support 3.3+
Can you run fpaste --sysinfo
