Upgrading Each Piece Of My ITX PC

Hey everybody, I really enjoy playing around with small form factor PCs and am thinking of upgrading parts in my Cooler Master 130 Elite.

I currently have:

R9 270x Windforce ed.

15 4670 (not k)

Asus H87i- PLUS

Corsair Vengeance 16GB 1600mhz

and a PSU that is almost non modular which is a big mistake as there is very little room in ma case haha. (850w, was a bargain at the time)

So.. Basically i'm gonna try get this thing as high performance as i can in a non-titan budget.

So i am going to get a 780ti Windforce edition and am thinking of getting a new mother board and a new cpu and the corsair H80i for water cooling it.

I have 2 questions:

1. Will a Corsair RM650w PSU be enough for this system or should i get a RM750w?

2. Does anybody know the approx date for the haswel refresh release and also the new Z97 and H87 motherboard approx release date?

Also a bonus question is do you think they'll make ITX versions of the new mobos? i think they probably will and also whoch ones are the good over clockers again? I know that my H87i can't or is very limited at over clocking and I am interested in trying out water cooling again :)

Thanks for you time!

550w is enough for most single card systems, 650w would be fine.

650w is plenty. It seems that the Haswell refresh will be launching sometime this month.

Based off of the Anandtech article about Z97 motherboards: http://www.anandtech.com/show/7986/z97-motherboards-listed-now-in-usa-taiwan-and-eu

It seems that there are currently no ITX Z97 boards available on Newegg. However, there are some available in Europe, so I would expect some to show up in the US around the launch of the Haswell refresh.
