So I was thinking about changing my laptop (dell 7720 R17 SE) screen from normal, to touch one, just becouse I lack some functionality from my tablet. Is there any way to do it, other than buying an frame which plugs into USB port ? I was thinking about buying an matrix and connecting it into MOBO, but I think that there will be lack of compatybility (lack of pins, controler etc.).
