I need new CPU, GPU, RAM and motherboard.
New stuff should fit in 500w PSU by Cooler Master and budget 500$

You'd need to provide more information, what do you use this computer for? Gaming? Could you list in slightly more detail what you already have? Do you live in the states? etc etc etc
I need a PC to run games on high settings)max screen resolution is 1650x1050
I already have PSU, DVD ROM, case and old mobo, GPU, HDD, CPU and RAM.(detales in profile)
I live in Russia, so we have a litle bit higher hardware prices...
